I couldn’t wait to get my Ab Circle Pro! When it came I put it together immediately and jumped on to give it a whirl. Please be warned that if you’re 40 to 50 years old, you probably want to bypass this machine.

It’s simply not made for the knees of someone older. After using it for a couple of months, I did see results. My sides and abdomen were definitely improved. But this thing was so hard on my knees that it’s now hard for me to go up and down stairs.

On top of that, it did nothing to improve my backside and thighs so I still have to do regular workout routines through the week. I probably wouldn’t buy this machine again.

I was kind of worried when I read all of the bad reviews on the Ab Circle Pro because I had already ordered one by then from eBay. So far, though, it’s been working out fine.

I’m a little unimpressed with the red plastic circle and the rollers aren’t exactly centered. They hang off of it. I saw where other people were having trouble with their knees sliding around but mine are pretty good.

Also, I wear workout pants so I haven’t had any pain. There’s a weight limit with this machine so I have to wonder if some of the issues people have are because they weigh too much. Something else that may be causing problems is that you’re only supposed to do a 3 minute workout to start.

If people are doing it longer, it may be straining the machine. All I can say is that mine’s working out ok so far.

Once I figured out how to correctly use the AbCirclePro, I could actually feel it working on the muscles I wanted to improve. I was having so much fun doing these workouts that I started doing more than 3 minutes.

My boyfriend can use the Ab Circle Pro, too, even though he’s quite a bit taller than I am, and that’s pretty handy. The only complaint I have is that the knee pads slide around a lot.

In fact, my boyfriend doesn’t even use them so I have to take them out when I’m done with my workout. Other than the faulty kneepads, though, I have found the Ab Circle Pro to be a pretty good workout machine.

I happened to see the infomercial about the AbCirclePro on television late one night and thought this would be the perfect way to work off those few extra beers from my stomach. All I can say is that this was one of the most disappointing products I’ve ever tried.

It’s not worth the $200 price tag they hang on it and it’s actually a rather dangerous piece of equipment. It threw me off of it the first time I tried it. The knee pads aren’t worthy of the name “pads” and the rollers wore off in no time.

I contacted their customer service department about all of this and they told me they knew about all of the defects with the rollers and would send me a replacement kit for them. That was 3 months ago. I’m still waiting on my kit. Don’t waste your money on this piece of junk!
