TAG | ab circle pro complaints

I read all of the bad reviews on the Ab Circle Pro and, like a lot of other people I went ahead and ordered one anyway. I probably had a little better luck than most because I got to use mine regularly for about a week and a half.

The knee pads WERE a pain and I had a hard time staying focused on the rest of my workout due to fighting the bruising that was happening to my knees the entire time I used the machine. But that wasn’t the worst part.

My Ab Circle Pro started to fall apart piece by piece—literally. First it was the rollers. Then the handle bar started to wobble. Finally, it just totally collapsed with me on it. I had a few bruises but that was all. I implore everyone to please pay attention to those reviews before investing in this scrap metal.

I was pretty excited to get the Ab Circle Pro until I tried it out for the first time. There’s no decent cushioning for the knees, period. Even though there are extra pads, these are thin and worthless.

I tried folding up towels, putting on knee pads, and fitting small pillows under my knees and a lot of other things but they simply didn’t work. There wasn’t any traction for my knees and then I slipped off. The workout wasn’t impressive enough to move past the pain in my knees.

I get better results with other ab workouts. By the time the Ab Circle Pro workout starts to take effect, my knees hurt too bad to keep going. It’s not worth the price. Save your money and get a more effective product.

To begin with, the Ab Circle Pro DOES WORK. You’ll get an awesome cardio workout. It can also be felt working in your waist while you’re working out. This machine would be one of the most amazing ones on the planet except for a couple of rather serious problems.

First of all, the knee pads are very uncomfortable. In fact, they hurt your knees after using it for a while. They’re not soft; they’re hard and the word pad has no place here. But the biggest problem with the Ab Circle Pro is that it’s DANGEROUS.

Seriously, you can be hurt by using this machine. It is extremely easy to just slip off of it while it’s moving. I know this because it happened to me, and let me assure you that it HURT. There was a bruise covering my whole thigh that stayed there for weeks. I’m just saying that if you want to risk it, go ahead. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

If you’re not tall and don’t weigh a lot, the Ab Circle Pro may be just the workout machine for you. However, if you’re over 6 feet and weigh over 200 pounds, this is a very uncomfortable and poor quality machine.

There’s a small chrome bar between the knee pads that you remove for thigh exercises and it comes loose in the middle of exercising and can hurt you. It does this repeatedly during use. My girlfriend is 5’4” and weighs 125 pounds.

She absolutely loves this machine. But it kills my knees every time I try to use it. The handle bars are loose, the rollers are noisy and paint flakes all over after it’s used a few times. The nuts and bolts have to be checked frequently or it can fall apart mid workout.

The knee pads are uncomfortable and my knees kept bruising. It also doesn’t fold up as easily as they say it does.
