I’ve had the Ab Circle Pro for a little over a month and I adore it! I start the day out with 10 minutes every morning and, if I’m at home, I do 5 minutes off and on through the day. It’s so easy to just hop on the machine when I have a few minutes off and on.
So far, I’ve lost 5 pounds and I can actually feel my abs getting tighter. My stomach is also getting smaller. I really love this machine! Something I discovered is that putting the knee pads opposite from how they’re supposed to go, your knees won’t slide out.
It also helps to pull in my abs so that my back doesn’t hurt. I love this a lot more than a treadmill, and since it’s so easy to move around, I can work out anywhere.
