I absolutely love my Ab Circle Pro! I have back issues so I can’t do sit ups. On the Ab Circle Pro I can do as many repetitions as I need to. There are a lot of negative reviews about this machine but so far I’ve been really enjoying my workouts with it.
You have to really work with it, though, to get it to do all of the toning it claims to do. If you play with it a while, you’ll eventually find the best way to use it so that you can feel the burn and tightening that tells you it’s working.
One thing that I did notice is the knee pads. They’re not very comfortable but there are ways around that little problem. Give it a chance and you’ll notice results, too.
