I kind of like my Ab Circle Pro. So far, it has worked to train my core muscles, is easy and fun to use once you get used to it, and I’ve had no problems with the quality of it even though I’ve been using it for more than 2 months.
The best thing about it is that I saw definite results after daily use for 5 to 6 weeks. Now, I have to be honest and say that it was a bit awkward at first. You have to really stay focused precisely on your movements and muscles so you don’t train your arms instead of your abs.
The thing is that if you don’t do the things I just said, it can hurt your back. Don’t let the bad points discourage you from buying the Ab Circle Pro. You just need to work with it until you get used to it.

I couldn’t wait to get my Ab Circle Pro! When it came I put it together immediately and jumped on to give it a whirl. Please be warned that if you’re 40 to 50 years old, you probably want to bypass this machine.
It’s simply not made for the knees of someone older. After using it for a couple of months, I did see results. My sides and abdomen were definitely improved. But this thing was so hard on my knees that it’s now hard for me to go up and down stairs.
On top of that, it did nothing to improve my backside and thighs so I still have to do regular workout routines through the week. I probably wouldn’t buy this machine again.

Once I figured out how to correctly use the AbCirclePro, I could actually feel it working on the muscles I wanted to improve. I was having so much fun doing these workouts that I started doing more than 3 minutes.
My boyfriend can use the Ab Circle Pro, too, even though he’s quite a bit taller than I am, and that’s pretty handy. The only complaint I have is that the knee pads slide around a lot.
In fact, my boyfriend doesn’t even use them so I have to take them out when I’m done with my workout. Other than the faulty kneepads, though, I have found the Ab Circle Pro to be a pretty good workout machine.

I’ve read all of the negative reviews on the Ab Circle Pro and was one of those people that decided to try it out anyway. It looked like it was a fun way to work out, tone and build muscles and shape up all at the same time.
I admit to being a bit apprehensive but I just wanted to see it for myself. Well, it arrived and I have to say that I cannot agree with all of those people that said this machine was so terrible. Personally, I’ve found it to be a pretty solid piece of equipment.
It is light weight and sturdy. I also haven’t experienced any of those knee pad problems people were talking about. Having said that, I’m not overly impressed with the quality of workout I’m getting. I feel that the Ab Circle Pro is better for something like burning calories while watching television or something.
